As I wrap up 28 days of walking and a deep recommitment to my wellness, I feel something I haven’t felt in a long time: A steady, grounded fire inside me.
I’ve lost 12 pounds since I began this journey . But more importantly, I’ve released patterns of rushing, reacting, and people-pleasing. I’ve begun practicing the pause—and with it, I’m gaining clarity, confidence, and calm.
I’m not making decisions out of fear … as often.
I’m choosing discipline over impulse …more times than not.
I’m getting better at saying, “This is not mine to carry.”
Whether it’s walking each morning, replacing meals, or simply noticing my internal chatter, this journey has invited me to slow down and tune in.
And I’m stronger for it.
This is self-love in action. This is leadership from the inside out.
As this 28-day challenge closes, I’m more clear, more steady, and more connected to my purpose than I’ve been in a VERY long time.
What would happen if you paused before your next big decision?
What might fire up in you when you choose yourself—gently, again and again?
I will be started a new 28 day challenge on Monday, May 26. Picking up the pace to do 30 min of walking a day. Please join me if you can. See all the details on my instagram page @FEATHERSHIPDOTCOM. Your support means the world to me.
Walking this journey with you,
Stephanie
