Walk With Feathership: 28 Days of Devotion

Hey everyone, it’s a beautiful moment to pause and just walk with you for a little bit.I’m Stephanie from Feathership Coaching, and today I’m not just talking about walking into change — I’m living it.

I created something called Walk with Feathership, a 28-day invitation to reconnect with yourself — one step, one breath at a time.

This journey isn’t about how far you go or how fast you get there. It’s about showing up. Moving with devotion, not perfection.

Every day for 28 days, I’m walking at least 10 minutes. Some days it’s a slow walk. Some days it’s longer. But every day, I’m choosing to move with heart.

If this speaks to you, I’d love for you to join me. You don’t have to sign up anywhere — just start walking. And if you want encouragement along the way, you can book a free Walk & Talk session with me here.

Together, we can move through stuckness, into clarity. Through resistance, into devotion. One step at a time. Let’s walk this out, together.

Walking this journey with you,

Stephanie

The Day I Chose Myself Again

April 27, 2025

☀️ This morning, I paused to honor something important: the day I chose myself again.

When I said yes to this new program, I was at my highest weight ever - 224 pounds.

But the real weight I was carrying wasn’t just physical. It was the burden of over-responsibility, of holding emotions and situations that weren’t mine to fix or carry.

I sat with the program materials, talked with partner about building support, and made a quiet commitment to myself.

A promise to move toward ease, flow, and peace.

A promise to love myself more fully, starting right where I was.

Today, I weighed myself: 217 pounds.

Seven pounds lighter — but what matters even more is the lightness in my spirit.

A few small changes made a big difference:

• More walks

• More water

• Less overeating

• Way less alcohol

• More trust in my own path

And underneath it all: a deep emotional unburdening.

Letting go of carrying what is NOT mine.

Deepening my spiritual connection with my loved ones.

Smudging my space and my heart.

Choosing love — even when faced with judgment or conflict.

I have to trust in me.

I have to trust in who I am becoming.

Today, I honor the courage it takes to start again — with gentleness, with trust, and with the fierce desire for a life of peace.

Wishing you (and myself) a beautiful, peaceful day.

Walking this journey with you,

Stephanie
